As the financial department which supports the development of social economy, cmmercial banks get more and more importane position. But as the market-oriented company in the profitable department, commecila banks must face the increasingly fierce competition. Commecila banks have to concern their profitability, or we say value creativity much more. But the studies present that there is a worldwide low efficiency problem of bank value management. The scholars make a lot of researches on this problem to find out what are the factors cause the problem. Sadly, there is no unitive and systemic opinion, and so there is the X-inefficiency.While the commercial banks'value influential factors research developing, the stakeholder theory rised rapidly since 1960s, and gets more an more agreements.The stakeholder theory suggests stakeholders is the investor of company's resources, participate the value creation, and take the company risk by different levels. Hence the company has to concern their benefits to gain a much higher and steady long-term value. So the theory can solve the commercial bank value creation problem. But with the further development of stakeholder theory, stakeholders'muliti-purpose problem harasses the application of the theory. Then the stakeholder theory gets widly social support, but lacks of applicable ability.Presently in our country, from one hand, with the full open for the foreign bank by 2006 Dec, commercial banks have faced the much more fierce competition, form the othe hand, the economy depression triggered by American subprime mortgage crisis caused the worldwide questions to financial insititutions'rationality. How to coordinate the bank value actualization and the stakeholders'benifits becomes one of the most important problems. And this problem can not be solved under the shareholder perspective, both academy and business begin to reconsider the principle of shareholder-oriented, such as Father of"shareholder value"movment—Jack Welch. Meanwhile, the incentive plans of AIG and Societe Generale of France get worldwide criticization, this defnitly harms their long-teem value objective. We can see if our commercial banks want to grab this opportunity and win worldwidely, they must unite the stakeholder theory and the commercial bank value management first, make it apply in the pratice. Based on this problem, this papper studies the union of stakeholder theory and commercial bank value management. First, this papper take the investment of stakholders as the breakthrough point, combined with Cobb-Dauglas model, analyse the commercial banks'stakeholders input-output relationship, satisfaction-input relationship, value creative procession, value lose reasons and the value optimization.Second, this papper agues the sames and differences of commercial banks'evaluation with stakeholders'perspective under the present account system, and construct a relative convencive commercial bank evaluation model to explan the constructure of shtakholders'value. At last, this papper uses panel data model as the primary study methord, analyses and validates the status of Chinese commercial banks'stakeholder management, then gives the related suggestions.This papper makes some creativities on study perspective, study contents and study methord. And as this papper is only a preliminary study of commercial banks'value, there are lots of limits such as papper space and data quantity, this papper still has some shortcoming on several aspects, such as the theoretical functions'validation and empirical models'dynamic, so there are a lot studies for further research.
