Research On The Rural Hotel Investment Environment And Investment Risk Of China

With the developing of investment diversification and the diversification in rural tourism, rural tourist attraction is increasing; visitors are interested in the dynamics of change and its tourism aesthetic level rise. To meet the diverse needs of visitors and the needs of the overall rural tourism development, the in-depth and accurate research to the investment risks and the investment environment of the reception facilities is necessary. Therefore, this article analysis and research the investment environment and investment risks of the rural hotel.In the background of the rapid development of rural tourism, rural hotel is a rural tourism product for meeting the emerging market demand. It integrates the development of the village hotel and the superiority of Home stay, merges the reception mode of the city's new hotel service standards. Its emergence and improvement is in the inevitable demand of the tourism reception facilities in the rural tourism. In this article, at the basis of the literature research methods and with other rural reception forms of comparison, defines the concept and summarizes the characteristics of the rural hotel. From the perspective of the natural environment, economic environment, social environment, political environment etc, analyzes the influencing factors of the rural hotel using the Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process, sets up the norm system of influencing factors for quantitative analysis of investment environment, obtains the weigh of the rural hotel investment environment norm system, on this basis bring up the contents of the rural hotel's investment risk and takes the corresponding measures which can prevent the investment risk. At last, as an example to Hongdao leisure fishing in Chengyang District of Qingdao City, objective and scientific analyzes its investment environment and investment risk combining with the tourist attractions reality of the situation, and proposes the advice in regard to the related questions.The fruits of this paper are of great theoretical significance and practice. The former one lies in enriching the study of rural tourism reception facilities in theory and constructs the quantitative target system; the latter one lies in the proffering the related decision makers for investors and showing the great significance and guidance in the process of developing and improving the reception facilities in rural tourism.
