Research On The Evaluation Of Investment Environment Of Hot Spring Hotel In Hunan Province

The investment environment evaluation is an important item of the project investment,the industrial investment environment assessment even is the core of the investment environment assessment.Carry outing the evaluation of investment environment of hot spring hotel has great Significance,it impact directly on the investment returns of corporation,also impact on the investment and investment scale of the the capital region.On the basis of explaining investment environment theroy and summarizing index Composition of investment environment of region,tourism and spa hotel,this study establishing the index system of the spa hotel investment environment through Delphi and AHP,then an evaluation modle is given through Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.Finally,conducting the empirical research on the spa hotel in ChenZhou City in Hunan Province.Empirical results show that the overall spa hotel investment environment in Chenzhou City is "good",score 70.Both the administrative the administrative environment and social and cultural environment are "good",scores 79 and 80.Economic environment is "general",score 68.Natural environment is "excellent",score 83.According to the above conclusions,specific measures are put forwarded:Optimizing the administration environment,optimizing the economic environment,vigorously developing tourism,strengthening the traffic construction,strengthening infrastructure construction.
