Research In Technological Innovation Capability Evaluation Of Software Enterprise

Technological innovation is an important source of today's software enterprise growth and the way that enhances the competitiveness of an enterprise and achieves sustainable enterprise development.The Chinese government attaches great importance to technological innovation.The research about technological innovation theory and practice has attained substantial progress.However,the existing innovation evaluation system generally doesn't aim at the external environment and internal process,but only one aspect of it.The evaluation result can only help enterprise realize its status in its industry or region,and does not find the key indicator affecting technological innovation,does not play a leading role in all the innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive,objective,accurate and effective technological innovation evaluation system,on the one hand,which can satisfy different goals for different stages of the innovation process,on the other hand,which can provide the reference and basis for the software professionals.The author studies the theory of enterprise technological innovation's perspective, indicators and methods,she analyzes it is right to put software enterprises technological innovation process under network environment,on the basis of this,she sets up technological innovation process model,and analyzes the innovation process and influencing factors,in order to give a way to reach 24 evaluation indicators,then establishes the evaluation criterion of software enterprise technical innovation,and takes five types of software enterprises for example,then she utilizes the factor analysis method and catastrophe progression method to make empirical analysis.The empirical conclusions are generally in line with the theoretical analysis,but there is a little different,the results show that:the information-gathering ability including four indicators is not the most important,but the core indicator—the level of data integration is still the key indicator affecting technological innovation which is in line with the theoretical analysis.The indicator of corporate culture,as a "healthy factor",is ignored, which is not important.The organization and management capabilities,manufacturing capabilities are the second important indicators.The most important factors are still R&D, marketing skills,which reflects the process model that is the current trend for software enterprise technical innovation process.Finally,according to the analysis of results,the author gives some countermeasures to promote the technological innovation of software enterprises for both the government and enterprises.
