Research On Catastrophic Risk Securitization In China

This article study the disadvantages of the traditional catastrophe risk management methods of our country's insurance companies and put forward a suggestion that we could bring in a new method——catastrophe risk securitization. Then it analyzes the foreign practices and catastrophe risk securitization in detail. After that,it designs an earthquake catastrophe bond.At last,it analyzes the difficulty of catastrophe risk securitization in China,and put forward some suggestions.Based on the above,it hopes to give a little contribution to our country's catastrophe risk securitization process.
