Legal Regulation On The Commercial Bank Private Financing Business

As the enlarging of the commercial bank private financing business' scale and the innovation of the financing product in china,there were all kinds of legal matters in the financial market.To seeking the more efficient legal system to deal with the problems which CBRC(The China Banking Regulatory Commission) are facing when it supervises the commercial bank private financing business,this paper analyzes in detail the reasons for the matters and uses the comparison research technique to study the legal regulation system of the commercial bank private financing business in America,Germany and Japan.
