Today, landscape is thought of great importance and the developments of the landscape items are in imposing array. Meanwhile, the bids of landscape architecture, which have already become the very important part of the landscape architectural market activities in China, have flown out in large quantities. But there are still lots of problems, which directly affect the equality and rationality of the bids' result.Therefore, According to the characteristics and procedures of the landscape architectural bids, through investigation and consultation with design research institutes and engineering bidding consultation companies, and in combination with the author's ten years' design project bidding experience, this thesis discusses the main factors of influencing landscape architectural bids quality, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures in the light of the concrete problems existing in the quality control of the landscape architectural bidding.The paper mainly researches the procedures in bidding for landscape architecture quality control, Used the Analytic Hierarchy Process, which has established the weight value of the evaluation index weight system of landscape architecture. In reference with the service bid evaluation documents, it forwards the method on how to carry out bid evaluation concerning the bidding for landscape architecture under the conditions of market economy, Fuzzy math bid evaluation method. Through analysis of several methods frequently adopted during the course of present bid evaluation, it points out the defects, and raises the fuzzy math comprehensive evaluation method. According to fuzzy relation of administration theory, the qualitative evaluation is transferred into the quantitative evaluation, which solves the problem that the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation in the original method cannot be well combined. In such a way, the bid evaluation method is improved, which becomes more comprehensive, rational, and scientific.Finally, the author hopes that this thesis and the research will benefit the operation of the landscape architectural bids, and make it work more healthily, reasonably, orderly and efficiently.
