Enterprise is the cell of market economy.Enterprise's sincerity question is relation to the establishment and consummation of market economy of our country. Improving enterprise's sincerity level have a determinative effect on neatening market system, improving investment circumstance, advancing the resource deployment and financing of capital market. At present, enterprise has already study sincerity issue in such different field as economics, business administration, ethnics from different visual angle and makes new progress, but has not still study enterprise's sincerity behavior systematically. There is still a lot of deficiency between the developed countries and China in the behavior and level of enterprise's sincerity evaluation research. Therefore, to make the system structure and the evaluation system of enterprise's sincerity as research object has an important academic and practical meaning.This paper sets off from the research production and actuality of enterprise's sincerity, draw conclusions and summarization to the connotation and development track of enterprise's sincerity. This paper makes enterprise's sincerity from the scattered and isolation study to a system, then defines, probes into the structure, function and mode of enterprise's system, studies each key element intension and interaction of the system, apply ISM to enterprise's sincerity system analysis .At the same time, the paper draw on the international forward experience form an enterprise evaluation indexes system which suitable for Chinese situation. Through experts investigating questionnaire, we conformed the indexes weight in quantity by using the method of DAA and evaluated enterprise's sincerity through Fussy Comprehensive Evaluation. At last, the paper analyzes and examines the forming indexes system and the efficiency; the useful of evaluate methods by the cases in order to provide some opinions to improve and perfect the research of enterprise's sincerity.
