This essay is based on the marketing concept ,The Theory of STP, media marketing and Database Marketing Theory for cultivating opportunity and the relative operation strategy of DM magazine which especially aims at the enterprise talents and middle class in Lanzhou.The first part of the essay is the comprehensive theoretical statement of DM magazine in Weichen Company which is followed by the second part ,the industry analysis of DM magazine ,especially focusing on current situation and characteristics of Chinese developing DM industry .DM magazine operating feasibility is stated in the third part, opportunity and challenge for Weichen Company ,as well as the problem needing special attention are all presented in this part .In the fourth ,marketing proposal and target on DM magazine are elaborated ,and the position of "CITY ELITE"DM magazine produced by Weichen is also defined . Part five of the program implementation and security, including the implementation of specific programs and program safeguards.In order to grasp the opportunity of Chinese DM development ,this assay gives the definition of the product position ,value position and marketing strategy for "CITY ELITE" DM magazine produced by Weichen Company .It also provides a channel for the enterprise talents and middle class to improve managerial skills ,make career plan ,and strengthen the communication within the groups . At the same time ,DM magazine is helped to developed smoothly and successfully ,to become the top brand of DM magazine in Lanzhou .
