Since our country entered WTO, the semiconductor professions already become the important and the charm giant market in the world. Top ten semiconductor manufacturers of the global all equipped with the workshop or the administration in China. At present, the mainland of China's semiconductor market scale only inferior to Taiwan's which is the second market of global. The vigorous development of the semiconductor market led the starting of its attached industrial. It included the advertisement profession of semiconductor magazine which this article needed to discuss studies. Along with the semiconductor profession magazine of overseas inrushes China, the domestic semiconductor media market competed fiercely. So the business of magazine advertising is facing the big challenge and the opportunity.The paper use the theory of the modern market marketing idea, marketing combinatorial theory, STP theory, media marketing theory and so on as the research foundation, through the demonstration research method, and based on the background of the magazine advertising marketing of Faith Company in the Shanghai market. And in this foundation, it has carried on the SWOT analysis and has discovered the question which exists in the marketing aspect, firstly.
