| DN Company is the first professional operation and management company in the nuclear power field of China. With the fast growing up of nuclear power market, the personnel demand and the maintenance people of DN Company increases rapidly. It need more perfect maintenance management, staff training and specialization building. Accordingly, the performance management must be suitable and effective to meet the requirement of company continual development. But present performance evaluation method is too stale to achieve it. It is necessary to develop a scientific performance management system to suit the operation requirement of maintenance department and the development strategy of company DN.Base on the performance management theory study, the actual problem and staff characteristic analysis, I personalize a performance management system for the maintenance people of DN Company. KPI is the core theory for this management system development. The first two chapter of this thesis will focus the background, intent, thought and basic performance management knowledge to introduce. In the third chapter, I will introduce the actual status for maintenance team and analysis the character for team member. Then I summarize the actual performance management issue and bring out an improved thinking. Then I expound how to set up a new performance management system based on KPI theory in the fourth chapter. This new system breakdown company strategy intent and optimize station. It includes five processes: performance planning, implement and management, performance appraisal, performance feedback and result application. It makes it to be true that adopt a close loop system to control the performance management process. In the last chapter, I make a summarization for the advantage and weakness for this new performance management system.My study base on the up-to-date performance management theories and combine with the actual problem analysis. I redesign the performance management system and try to develop a suitable and scientific management system for the Maintenance Department of DN Company. It will very benefit to improve the performance management level and be a good benchmark for other similar department or company. |
