The Study On Management Synergy Of Changchun Optoelectronic Technology Industry

With the forming of economy globalization and the fast development of science and technology, more and more enterprises have noticed that it's difficult to face the fierce marketing competition if they only rely on traditional management conception, so the research on management synergy, which has changing the traditional management conception, has being the hot and the latest topic in the management field. But in the process of enterprise's real running and management, synergy isn't as perfect as scholars' and managers' imagination, the failure of synergy can be seen everywhere. In spite of the causes to it is so many, but the most important one is because of the lacking of clear recognition to the mechanism of synergy.Intense competition in the Opto-electronic technology industry has sent ripples to the same fields in Changchun, too. However, imperfect aspects such as poor management exist in industry administration when converting research technology into products. Concerning the mentioned issues, this thesis analyzes and summarizes the research achievements in relevant theory on synergy. Moreover, the thesis goes deeper in the analysis and investigation on the current issues regarding synergy in the fields in Changchun to establish a systematical synergy model.
