| With the development of enterprise and technology, the business management isbecoming more and more complex. What reflect on human resource management aredifficulties such as how to attract and retain talent, how to guide employees to workfor enterprise strategic objective. Strategic compensation management, which is toimplement compensation management from the perspective of enterprise strategy, isuseful for the overall compensation management and to encourage the different kindsof employees. Theory of Strategic Compensation Management is a big change in theCompensation Management theory, and the Synergy theory provides a new way ofthe synergy of strategic compensation management in enterprise. Base on the systemanalysis method, this dissertation builds the strategic compensation managementsystem, and then describe the synergy mechanism further more. Finally, the model toevaluate the synergy effectiveness of the strategic compensation management is builtbased on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and BP Artificial Neural Network.This provides important guidance to the practice of strategic compensationmanagement.Main work and innovations are listed as following:Firstly, this dissertation analysis the connotation and characteristic of the strategiccompensation management from view of system analyze, and then discuss the systemgoal, system factor, system input and output and system structure of the strategiccompensation management system and built the related analysis framework.Secondly, based on synergy theory and strategic management theory, thisdissertation introduces the synergy concept into strategic compensation management,and builds the synergy framework of enterprise strategic compensation managementsystem. Based on this framework, this dissertation then analyze synergy mechanismand synergy method from all the dimensions.Thirdly, this dissertation build the evaluation system of the synergy effectivenessof the strategic compensation management system by researching and analyzing theeffectiveness the different indicators would do on the strategic compensationmanagement system. At last, the model to evaluate the synergy effectiveness of thestrategic compensation management is build based on the Fuzzy ComprehensiveEvaluation and BP Artificial Neural Network. Finally, theoretical methods and models proposed in this dissertation are appliedto L Company in Hainan. |
