Study On Postal Transportation Vehicle Scheduling Problem Base On The Network

Postal transportation, the centre of the nation postal enterprise, Relate the development of country economical and the convenient of people's life. Which is not only a substance base in the whole process of postal operation, but also the mail factor in measuring the competition ability and service quality of a postal enterprise. However, the rationalization of vehicles scheduling decided the postal service transports better. Thus the optimization of current vehicle scheduling is an effective way for the enterprise to enhance the operational effectiveness and to reinforce the competition ability.This paper take the province first-level postal vehicle transport enterprise as a background, we make a system analysis for the postal transportation problem from the postal transportation system's constraints, optimized goal, vehicles, time limit, transportation cost and so on. According to SA have the local searching optimization ability and the disfigurement of GA, the union of the two algorithms could realize the predominance. So we design an arithmetic named Simulate Annealing hybrid Genetic Algorithms to solve this problem. For evaluate the performance of this arithmetic, we have a program experiment in Visual C++6.0. The result indicated this arithmetic could solve the vehicle scheduling problem effectively and get the approximate optimal solution. So this hybrid algorithm could be applied in the postal VSP. At last, aim at the competition and development in the postal transportation enterprise, and the trend of the automatic vehicle scheduling with computer, we make a plan to explore a postal transportation vehicle scheduling management system, analyzing the data's integrality and realized the system simply. Perfect this system, it could be improve the service level of the postal enterprise, reduce the operate cost and increase the client satisfaction.
