With the progress of science and technology in the information age,the development scale of China's logistics industry shows a certain growth rate,distribution occupies an increasingly important position in the logistics system activities.How to reduce the cost and time consumed by enterprise distribution activities has become the focus of the study of logistics distribution vehicle scheduling problem,but the satisfaction of distribution personnel is less considered in the research of this kind of problem.To make the qualitative factor of distribution personnel satisfaction become one of the indicators to study the logistics distribution vehicle scheduling problem,and to establish a logistics distribution vehicle scheduling model considering the satisfaction of distribution personnel has certain theoretical significance and practical application reference value.(1)This article summarizes the research on vehicle scheduling model,vehicle scheduling algorithm and employee satisfaction at home and abroad,and summarizes the deficiencies of the current research on vehicle scheduling in logistics distribution,combining with some situations that need to be paid attention to in actual logistics distribution,so as to put forward the research focus of this paper.(2)Based on the theoretical research of logistics distribution,vehicle scheduling and employee satisfaction,employee satisfaction is introduced into the logistics vehicle scheduling model,and the corresponding problem description and model assumptions are carried out.The fuzzy membership function is used to properly express customer satisfaction by selecting distribution punctuality index,according to the function of employee satisfaction and the corresponding evaluation index system,combined with the relevant results of the actual investigation,from the three aspects of salary and treatment,work intensity and cooperative harmony,this paper further makes a fuzzy expression of the satisfaction of the distribution personnel.On this basis,the construction of the logistics vehicle scheduling model considering the satisfaction of the distribution personnel is carried out.(3)Reasonably transforming the multi-objective function of the model,based on the whole process of the simulated annealing algorithm,generating a new solution by the intersection and variation of the genetic algorithm,instead of simulating the random disturbance of the annealing algorithm to generate a new solution,thereby solve the model.(4)Taking the cigarette distribution center in a certain place as an example,the model is solved and analyzed,and the validity of the model and algorithm is verified.The results show that the total cost of logistics and distribution and the delivery timeare reduced to a certain extent after considering the satisfaction of the delivery personnel.At the same time,the relevant suggestions for logistics and delivery vehicle scheduling are proposed from the perspective of long-term development of the enterprise.
