Under the new situation,power marketing companies must have an advanced market economy,management mechanism,modern management tools and first-class customer service in order to win greater efficiency.In this paper,it introduced the status quo of China's energy, China's electricity market,power marketing and market development characteristics.By analyzing the power distribution electricity market data of Fushun power companies in recent years,operators on the status of Fushun power companies,faced with the pressure and challenges described,pointing out that the monopoly enterprises operating concepts,sense and style in the planned economy period has not adapted to the new market economy and the development.In the environment of the proposed supply of electricity companies in the Separation and market-oriented reform,promoting in-depth demand-side management,implementation services, and Business Process Re-engineering,to form a new power marketing system.
