Modem marketing has changed from production,sales-oriented towards customer-centric. The goal of marketing is to improve customer satisfaction,but the marketing resource is limited.How to manage the limited marketing cost in order to obtain the largest customer satisfaction.A win-win mode between enterprise and customers is the focus of this paper.This paper raised the theory on marketing cost management,and then briefly elaborated on the necessity of marketing cost management based on customer satisfaction.Secondly,this paper started from three parts of marketing cost management and made the cost of marketing budget based on customer satisfaction with BP neural network model.And then,this paper implemented marketing operating cost control with activity based costing,and made performance evaluation on marketing cost management combined with AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and value engineering.Finally,this paper implemented positive analysis on A power grid corporation combined with marketing services of power enterprise.The system what this paper made has theoretical and practical significance.
