As the conflict in supply chain which is decided by the complex system and changeable environment becomes to be a large problem for supply chain management,it is necessary to relieve or remove the conflict. Meanwhile,under the push of information technology and on the basis of intellectual technology and control technology,group decision support system becomes to be the most common and valid method in supply chain in 21st century.According to this background,the GDSS based on MAS between supply chain enterprises are established in this paper in order to deal with the conflicts.Linguistic judgment matrix is used to collect the assessment of the decision maker,and the deviation degree variance of linguistic is used to express the satisfaction degree of group to an alternative.The method of making a satisfactory decision can supply an available method supporter for the GDSS in this paper.First,the background of this paper,research situation on the conflict and the application of the decision-making groups in supply chain are expatiated.Then,the theory of supply chain management and the conflict in supply chain are discussed to make the mind that the conflicts are exist impersonally and it is necessary to be removed.Based on these discussions,the GDSS based on MAS between supply chain enterprises is established to supply tool for lightening or removing the conflicts.An algorithm for finding the satisfactory alternative is established,which supply a method for the GDSS.A real validation is done to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.In the assessment and future prospects,the potential for more research is raised.
