Nowadays, more and more concern is given to the research of group decision-making, in which the research of multi-attribute group decision-making has become an very important research areas of the decision making science. The so-called multi-attribute group decision-making, which is to aggregate the information of all the decision-making experts, get the preference information of the group, and then rank and optimize the schemes. It is widely used in many different areas including the areas of economic, social and management, such as the ranking of project evaluation, investment decision, resource allocation, performance evaluation, research evaluation, benefit assessment, industrial development and otherwise. Therefore, the method and theory of multi-attribute group decision-making has an extremely wide application prospect and has been widely understood and in recent years. The research of fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is not extensive based on the traditional multi-attribute group decision-making, and usually considers only the situation when the number of the decision-making experts is a constant. What this paper mainly specializes in is the topic of the changing number of decision-making experts in the group decision-making based on the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix.This paper analyzes and researches on the topic of the multi-attribute, group decision-making theory based on the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, and the main work is as follows:1. As we all know, the multi-attribute group decision-making is to make a comprehensive evaluation base on every decision made by each decision-making expert respectively. As how to aggregate the preference information of every decision-making expert and finally get the judgment information of the group, this paper proposed a method of group decision-making in which the number of decision-making experts is variable. This method is to consider those experts who have already made the preference information as one virtual expert and then aggregate the information together with the next expert in order to get the decision information of the group.2. In the topic of multi-attribute group decision-making, there are many ways of decision-making. We put forward that fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is the preference information, build the relation of preference information and fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, and formation a deviation function, formation mathematical model and solve it to make the deviation function minimize. Then we give the calculate method and related processes, the results of numerical tests show that the method is very effective finally, which is creative.Finaly, we summarizes the main job of this paper, and make a prospect for multi-attribute group decision-making based on fuzzy complementary judgment matrix.
