Research On The Problem Of Exterior Environment In The Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Financing

The small and medium-sized enterprises are the active power of our local economy.They are also the necessarily important part in our social economy.The financing problem of the small and medium-sized enterprises is the key point for the small and medium-sized enterprise survival and the development.Therefore,this article is aimed at the financing status of the small and medium-sized enterprises,and summed up the foreign developed countries' advanced practice for our reference and inspiration,analyzed and expounded on the trouble and its reasons which lies in the exterior environment(mainly in the financing environment,political environment, and legal environment)of the small and medium-sized enterprises financing.And based on the research,some advices are been put forward to improve the exterior environment of the small and medium-sized enterprises financing.Through all these measures,we intent to solve the financing of small and medium private enterprises difficult problem as quickly as we can,and to accelerate the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
