| Economized consumption is an new consumption value.Against the current global economic crisis,the tourism enterprises try to make some changes in terms of controlling cost in response to the national call for building economized society.However,some enterprises misunderstood the connotation of economized consumption,neglected the perceptive experience of the customers and reduced the service quality,causing the controversy of economy and quality, Therefore,based on the view of customers' perception,the paper conducted research on the relation of economized consumption and service quality to search for the balance between the two,and proposed methods of budget hotel when carrying out economized consumption.Firstly,according to the economized consumption measuers which the budget hotel could practice,the thesis elemently puts away the scale of economized consumption projects which the budget hotel provides,and establishes the model of service quality evaluation of economized consumption based on customer-perceptive.Then,the thesis adopts factor analysis to sum and coulude 22 types of economized consumption service programs used in budget hotel,and makes out the methods of budget hotels in Guangzhou shall take when carrying out economized consumption through customer-perceptive service quality evaluation,that is,to propel energy-saving infrastructure and strengthen the force of scientific and technological innovation; to call for the concept of economized consumption and lead the consumption preferences;to take flexible measures to control economized consumption and train outstanding service attitude so as to make up the insufficiency of staff number;to improve the new development of water conservation measures and to slow down the exertion of deleting disposable bath products and small commodities. |
