In recent years,with the acceleration of the process of world economic integration and the continuous development of the social economy,the tourism industry has achieved unprecedented development.In this regard,the state encourages all regions to vigorously develop tourism and strive to develop it into a pillar industry that can drive local economic development.As one of the three pillar industries in the tourism industry,the hotel industry faces the reality of rapid development and fierce competition,and the local hotel industry is also facing the challenge of improving service quality to cope with the increasingly fierce market environment.From this point of view,how to quickly improve competitiveness has become an urgent problem for hotels.With the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for service quality are also rising,so we can see the importance of service quality to consumers and service-oriented enterprises.With this in mind,this article uses SY Hotel as a reference object to study the innovation and development of its service quality.Throughout the full text,the main research content is divided into three aspects.Firstly,the related concepts of hotel service quality are elaborated,including the concept,characteristics,management theory,hotel service quality inspection and Six Sigma management theory of hotel service quality.Secondly,the evaluation and management methods of SY hotel service quality were studied.Ma:inly the assessment methods,existing problems and causes.Through the analysis of SY hotel service quality standards,assessment methods,and employee management system,it is found that SY hotel has problems such as backward management system,uneven knowledge of employees and low coordination of various departments.The problem is that hotel executives lack strategic vision.The training of service personnel is not in place,and the implementation of hotel service standards is not thorough,which leads to the gap between the service quality of SY Hotel and the high star rating.Finally,the research on SY hotel service quality improvement plan and countermeasures.Mainly from the perspective of quality improvement program design,specific measures and implementation guarantee.Under the principle of customer first,full participation and overall control,the requirements of SY Hotel are put forward:Cultivate senior management's strategic vision,do a good job in hotel staff training,improve hotel service quality standards,standardize service quality assessment system,design employee satisfaction system and customer satisfaction system.By establishing a regular inspection system,implementing scientific management control,strengthening staff management and customer guidance work,and managing complaints work,paying attention to staff work experience and optimizing service flow,the quality improvement plan will be implemented.This will provide support for the improvement of the service quality of the SY Hotel.This article takes"basic theory-current status evaluation-countermeasures and suggestions" as the research idea.SY Hotel is a research ease,and studies related issues such as the improvement of hotel service quality,aiming at providing service quality improvement for the hotel industry.Theoretical guidance and reference and reference value for the improvement of service quality of other hotels.
