| Cost control is an everlasting subject of corporate management.After experiencing an abnormal growth in 2006 and 2007,the Chinese real estate market finally met the turning point.Senior management of real estate companies no longer focus on acquiring land,their attention has come back to the old subject of reasonable cost control.Apparently,under current strong macro-regulation,most real estate companies are facing severe challenges.Some of those insufficiently managed will even be washed out. It has become an unsolved problem as how to survive and grow in the market with increasingly fierce competition.Among the mist,the importance of cost control has been re-recognized by the professionals.This thesis has compiled a rich resource of data and research as reference,strived to combine theory with reality.Through intense analysis to uncover the root cause of corporate management problems in company B,seek for solutions to advance in cost control and improve management competency.The thesis includes 3 chapters.Chapter 1 is the case introduction, such as foreword,case background(including trade background and enterprise situation) and real estate cost summarization.Chapter 2 is the case analysis,mainly includes:the purpose,the function,the thinking and the theory basis of the case analysis;the actuality of Target Cost in Company B and the problems in existence;the improving project of cost control in Company B,etc.Chapter 3 is conclusion,which summarizes the main conclusions and points out the limitation. |
