Coordination And Optimization Of Construction Project Objective Control System

With the world economic integration and globalization of information increased ,domestic and international construction market has reached a seamless connection, the market competition is further fierce on depth and broadness. So the construction enterprise of our country want to have a foothold in the market of building, they must continuously improve their level of project management.Construction project as a complex systematic project, at the project implementation process, there is time, cost, quality, security and other objectives. They are interrelated and mutually constraining, and constitute the goal of the construction project control system. Generally speaking, the successful project management reflects on controlling and coordinating effectively to time, cost, quality, security. So in the process of project implementation, how to make the time, cost, quality, security achieve the best combination of four major objectives to achieve the overall best, and constantly improve construction project management is a problem worthy of study.First of all, the paper analyzed the coordination question of the construction project in terms of management by objectives, set up the construction project objective control system, and added the security goal into objective control system. The author analyzed the time control, cost control, quality control, security control of the control principle, control content, control methods, as well as the coordination of relations between them. Secondly, basing on the principle of synergy and system coordination, the author built a coordination model of construction project objective control system from the quantitative point of view, and made the four major goals link together. Finally, author introduced the Ant Colony Algorithm to objective optimization of construction project, and presented the idea of the origin of algorithm, the basic principles and mathematical models. Combined with the characteristics of construction project objective control systems, authors put forward the idea of model optimization, set up the steps and flow of model optimization. Through the MATLAB programming language, we got the optimal solution of the model. It has enriched the field of project optimization solution and has a certain value.
