Supply chain system is a complicated distributed system, which is consist of multi-level enterprise entities, which involves suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers and consumers. There are some other entities in the activity of supply chain, which are after-sales service agency and logistic service provider as a whole supporting enterprise entity. This paper uses Multi-Agent technology, an artificial intelligence theory which is suitable for the study of complicated dynamic system, to set up a system model and analyze the function of the supply chain. Then paper estabishes several models on sc coordination and uses ACA to solve these problem, finally realizes a higher coordination and makes an improved competitionIn this paper, the first part mainly analyzes the elements and structures in supply chain, then illustrates the relationship between supply chain system and mulit-agent on the Swarm plant. Through lots of analyses, this paper builds the model of supplier agent, manufacturer agent, distributor agent, retailer agent, after-sales service agency agent and logistic service provider agent which is based on MAS. Then we describe the operation processes in different agents, later analyzes the constructs of Sub_Agent and Sub_Sub_Agent, a detail description of these Agents are also given.The second part mainly study on internal coordination mechanism of supply chain base on MAS in this paper. We forcus on two problems, one is about vendor selection in purchasing based on ACA, the other is about order scheduling with outsourcing decision. The paper puts forward a model on the condition of multi-supplier and multi-material choices with supplier number constraint, use the ACA to solve this multi-objective problem in the following part.In the analyses of order scheduling, this paper establishes a model which involves several constraints such as limit capacity of outsourcing, the cost of stock, delay punishment. An example is given which uses ACA to solve it and proves the mode and method feasibility and effectively. It draws to a better coordinated mechanism to manufacturer agent in supply chain system.
