Studies On Influence Of Ecological Immigrant Project On Income And Expenditure Of Immigrants In Xilinhaote City

Ecological immigrant project has began in the 1990s. The implementation of the ecological immigrant project has strategic importance and practical significance not only for restoring and protecting the ecological environment,but also for the majority poor peasants and herdsmen getting rich. And it is an important measure that realizes the coordinated and sustainable development of population, resources, environment and social economic. The ecological immigrant project is a complicated system engineering involving nature, society, economy, culture and so on. Ecological immigrant project was implemented on Large-scale in the whole Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2002,especially in Xilinguole where the grassland is degradation, desertification and soil is erosion seriously.Taking Xilinhaote city in Xilinguole League in Inner Mongolia as a case for examination,on the basis of studying at home and abroad,and through the analysis to first-hand information gathered in field surveys and interviews,studys the changes in the immigrant income and expenditure objectively.And finally it makes some suggestions,such as reducing the cost of dairy farming and developing follow-up industry and so on for the maintenance and consolidation of ecological immigrant project results, reinforcement of follow-up work and stable production and living of immigrants.
