Research On The Developing Situation And Countermeasures For Agricultural Product Logistics In Baoding

Since the 1980s, along with the global intense competition and the quick development of information technology, Logistics have entered into an all-around and quick developing stage as a new industry. Compared with developed country, Logistics is still in the junior stage. Confronting with the increasingly serious problems on agricultural, rural areas and farmers and the competition form foreign agricultural product after China joined into WTO, especially in the area of Agricultural products logistics, it is necessary to change traditional logistics mode into a modern one, spread agricultural products logistics in the area of theory and practice, resolve the sales difficulties about agricultural products, promote the further integration between world economy and domestic economy. Baoding is a part of the district plan about Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan area in our country. Owing to some reasons such as infrastructure, technology, talented person and macroeconomic control, circulation of agricultural product is impeded and logistics is underdeveloped. It not only obstructs the development of local agricultural economy, but also restricts the integration course of Jing-Jin-Ji. Therefore, it is very important to do practical research on agricultural logistics in Baoding for solving the realistic problem.This article briefly expounds the type, function and main theories of agricultural product logistics after analyzing the connotation of agricultural product logistics. It systematically analyzes the five factors about the efficiency and cost of agricultural product logistics which contain the general situation about agricultural production, infrastructure, main logistics parts, information construction and macroeconomic control, and finds the problems which appear in the local agricultural product logistics and the reason of them. Then, according to the differences between the participants,the article analyzes the three modes of agricultural product logistics in present Baoding with supply chain theory, summarizes each mode's feature and researches the problems of it. For example, the channels of logistics are disrupt and complex, all nodes on the supply chains lack close connection, the efficiency is low. Then, the article points out that it is necessary to integrate present resource and optimize the modes of agricultural product logistics.Firstly, after proposing the basic train of thought about modern agricultural product mode, the article according to Third-Party logistics theory designs the basic framework of the mode. The Framework is composed of one logistics center, three plates which contain dispatching plate, information plate and technology plate, and it through connecting the main parts from every county in Baoding and domestic and foreign agricultural markets to integrate the whole district's agricultural product resource. Secondly, the article designs the function of the three plates from different aspects with interrelated logistics. At last, the article points out that the city should improve the construction of logistics infrastructure, mainly train the logistics parts, such as farmer specialty Co-Operatives and fabrication company, guide and support the information construction about agricultural product and the training of talented person by the investment of government.
