Research On The Constraints Of Shanghai's Financial Industry

Shanghai is the most economically developed city of China, and has been the domestic financial center. However, Shanghai's financial ecological environment does not match with Shanghai's international financial center building. Due to the specialty of the financial industry, regulatory environment of the financial ecological environment become the most important factor of the financial industry. This article try to analyze the regulatory environment of other international financial center and find out what Shanghai should do to develop it's financial industry based on a great deal of information, adopt comparative and investigative methods.This article tries a series of institutional arrangements which will be useful to introduce the experience to Shanghai as an international financial center.This article is divided into seven parts: In the preface, I introduce the background of the financial environment of Shanghai and point out the focus of the article. The second part is the analysis of shanghai's financial development. In this part, I analyze the financial industry in Shanghai through a series of statistics; specify the gap between Shanghai and international financial center in the financial development.The third part is the regulatory environment and the development of Shanghai's financial industry. I introduce the concept of financial ecological, analyze Shanghai's financial ecological environment. I also analyze the difference of the second and third industry and the importance of the regulatory environment to the modern financial industry. In this part, I also describe how regulatory environment restrain the development of Shanghai.The forth part is the analysis of the financial legal system. I analyze the financial legal in the development of Shanghai's financial industry environment.The fifth part is the analysis of the financial regulation system. I analyze China's financial regulatory measures and financial supervision in Shanghai.The sixth part is countermeasures of improving Shanghai's financial industry development. I analyze how to construct the financial law, regulation system. The seven part is"conclusion". I describe the general issues of the article, and point out that Shanghai's financial industry developing need not-stop efforts.
