Chinese financial leasing market has made a great progress in the past 30 years and has become an irreplaceable part of Chinese modern market economy.It is the second largest means of financing in the financial market after bank credit.Its stability is directly related to the health of our national economy development,how to strengthen the government's regulation of the financial leasing market has become a worldwide problem,many countries of the government and academia have maintained a high degree of concern.Based on the development of Chinese financial leasing market back ground,this paper analyzes the present situation of the government's financial leasing market based on the information asymmetry theory,the market failure theory and the public interest theory.The main reason of above problems is(1)Chinese government doesn't have adequate understand about financial leasing market;(2)Financial leasing market is lack of the supervisions from government(3)The legal system of financial leasing market is not amplify and also the ability of making laws and dispensing justice is limited.(4)Chinese government has not fully guided the financial leasing industry to play the role of internal supervision.Compared to the international experience,our government should take some actions :(1)The supervision target should be more specific in order to adjust the management philosophy about supervision;(2)the main body of financial leasing supervision should be further standardized in order to seek the balance between government supervision and the marketing(3)the legal system of financial leasing market should be gradually completed(4)intensifying the policy of financial leasing market.
