Lean Manufacturing is originated in Toyota Motor Corporation Japan as a production management method. The core of Lean Manufacturing is to eliminate all of the wastes, including inventory and focus on the development of a series of concrete objectives methods, gradually formed a unique production and operation management system. Lean Manufacturing tries to eliminate all kinds of waste and activity that does not create added value in process. Therefore, business can strengthen its competitive advantage and increase its profit margin by implementing Lean Manufacturing to improve productivity and quality, and to cut-down cost as to provide consumers with various satisfactory products. Many companies in China were planning to implement Lean Manufacturing to improve their business productivity as well as to enhance their competitive advantages. However, Lean Manufacturing is not an academic theory, rather it is a practical and concrete system. The knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is dynamic and implicit in nature which people can recognize the whole meaning only by practicing it thoroughly.A study of the enterprise (U.S. e-business) companies, as well as B (non-automotive business) in different environment in different ways into lean manufacturing as a example of the study, against the import of Lean Manufacturing Organization Framework of the implementation process, improve systems and performance evaluation of the four major focus for a more in-depth discussions and analysis in an attempt to find out how companies in different sectors into the success of Lean Production to identify the successful implementation of the Lean Enterprise production The correct operation of the method and conditions. A represent the enterprises to promote their own model of lean, B on behalf of the companies to seek external resources to promote the lean model. Both necessary in accordance with the five principles of lean manufacturing: value, value stream, flow, pull, perfection, and push forward to the implementation of lean manufacturing. Successful operation of the lean manufacturing of the important factors in addition to an experienced consultant resource and capacity, the company's senior management as well as to participate fully in the implementation of power management, lean manufacturing system requirements and steps to promote the production of lean manufacturing is the successful implementation of the important Guarantee.
