The growth of a company has been the focus of corporate governance and market investment. Growth is the soul of a company, the life of the stock market and the driving force of the national economy in sustainable developing. It is a very important indicator for listed companies in the measure of operating conditions and development prospects. For listed companies in China, how to survive in the fierce market competition, survival to develop is the grim reality which can not been avoid by any company. Based on the evaluation of corporate growth, corporate managers can know the results of company's conditions better, and to provide clues to the development of enterprises, investors can measure and judge the investment risk, making rational investment and reducing errors to improve investment income.Some studies show that without the background of industry, the result of business growth factor will be confused. So in this paper we will start from industry perspective and use Tobin Q to value listed companies'growth, at the same time, combined with principal component analysis to treat the impact factors of business growth, then establish the multiple linear regression model, and use the results of the model to do the research in each specific industry, in a targeted manner of development of every industry.The whole dissertation is divided into five parts: Part one, introducing the purpose and significance of growth and discussing review of literature so that to clear this article's starting point; Part two, screening and identifying the indicators of factors affecting business growth and business growth itself; Part three, using principal component analysis to eliminate the impact of factors brought about by the overlap between the information multicollinearity problem, identified principal components factor, established multiple linear regression model; Part four, using the model to do further research in the perspective of industry; Part five, drawing conclusions and making recommendations, while summing up the inadequacies of this paper for future researching.
