A Study On The Relationship Among Financial Model,Innovation Types And Market Strategies About High-tech Firms

In recent years, the rapid developmetn of High-tech enterprises has an important action to the world's economy, it can powerfully boost the economical strength and innovational capability to one country. But in our country, it meets a big obstacle that is the diffuculty to get funds they need when developing. Empirical study is used in this paper to analysis the influence to innovational types by different financing model and the influence to market strategies by different innovational types,and the influence to market strategies by different financing model, it can get reference and advice to the firm's draw up decision of financing, innovation and the whole developing strategies,what's more, the draw up policy of a country can also get meaningful advice.First, this paper is from a dynamic process, use empirical study to analysis the effective factor about the firms'choice of innovation and its draw up decision of market strategy, it can give reference to the choice according to their own situation of the firms, moreover, this paper gets a whole investigate the relationship about the the firms'financing, the choice of innovational types, and their decision about the market strategies, this will help firms'develop in pratise.Last, this paper also finds that,venture capital has an important influence to High-tech firms'life time, firms should accord to their character to choose financing, innovation and market strategy to get benefit to their development.Finding has got by this paper. To different financing model,the High-tech firms will choose different innovational types, such as venture capital will be apt to choose break innovation and debts choise will be alpt to gradual innovation. In the meastime, we find that different innovational types can also has important infuence to the firms'market strategy, such as break innovation will be apt to choose dynamic differentiation strategy and gradual innovation will be apt to choose cost leadership strategy, what's more, and it will also be influence by different financing model, such as venture capital will be apt to choose dynamic differentiation strategy and debts financing will be apt to choose cost leadership strategy.
