Study On The Construction Of The Resource Economical And Environment Friendly Society

Currently, to construct resource economical and environment friendly society has become the mutual recognition in the entire society. At the end of 2007,City-Cluster of Changzhutan(CZT) were authorized as the synthesis coordinated reforms Pilot area of the national resource-saving and the environment-friendly society construction, which was beneficial to harmonized development of regional economy, the development of new urbanization and new industrialization. According to the basic requirements of the synthesis coordinated reforms pilot area, this paper take the core content of reform (the formation of resource-saving and environment-friendly mechanism) and supporting content (included strengthen the integration, co-coordinating urban and rural development, etc.) as framework. Based on analyzing the status quo of the resource economical and environment friendly society construction in CZT city group, the paper proposed the strategic choice of constructing resource economical and environment friendly society, including the specific measures of the two mechanisms and related measures .The paper has manifested innovation. It has the theory value and reality guiding sense to speed up the construction of resource economical and environment friendly society in CZT city group.This article has these parts below:Part one, analyzing the CZT city group as resource-economical and environment-friendly background significance.
