Today,the country accelerate the pace of urbanization,cement industry is now facing a new market opportunities.However,With the "Labor Contract Law" and other relevant laws have been implemented,it brings great impact on enterprise's employment,the legal risks is higher,separation rate is in the upward trend.The level in Human resources management a must be improved.This paper includes five chapters;the first chapter introduces the background of the subjects,the significance,the scope,the methods,the structure and innovation of this article.Its main purpose is to study the background and significance of this article.Based on the impact factors about enterprise employment management,summed up the relevant management theories.Choose organizational commitment cycle theory,motivation theory as the rational basis. Analysis the characteristics of cement industry,Draw a problem from the practice, focusing on the analysis of cement enterprises employment issues.ChapterⅣanalysis the present employment situation about the Conch Group,and pointed out the strengths and weaknesses,and reveal their deep-seated reasons.It provide factual basis of logic for the improvement measures.ChapterⅤof this article analysis the existing problems about employment management.Analysis industry development prospects,actively looking for the breakthrough point beyond the "bottleneck",to avoid the risk of corporate employment.It give some constructive suggestion.Such as establish human resources development system,provide the competitiveness pay system,to optimize the labor combination,separation management,harmonious and stable labor relations.Reserve talent and ensure the effective supply of talent for the second take-off enterprises and lay a solid foundation of talent.At the same time,Conch Group will become a model, reinforcing China's leading position in cement.
