Constrict And Improve Corporate Social Responsibility In China

Since the 1950s, issues about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)has been a hot topic for Western economists and management scholars, CSR means when some enterprises are in the pursuit of business to maximize the interests of investors, they should be to preserve and enhance other Stakeholders'interest . Corporate social responsibility is the foundation of its sustainable development, and it is needed to adapt social development and economic globalization, it is a kind of intangible assets of enterprises. China's economy is experiencing high speed development for several successive years ,but, what's more important is Chinese domestic enterprises hand in an unsatisfactory. Some enterprises destroy the environments, overuse of energy and other natural resources, and some negligence of labors'right and hunt stakeholders'profit. This article is to focus on corporate social responsibility .When composing this dissertation, the author myself have read a large number of books about CSR, and refer to some cases of Domestic and foreign enterprises. During the research, some methods of studying frame of reference and demonstration are adopted. I bring forward some my opinions CSR through hunting after problems which exist in Chinese enterprises.This dissertation divides into seven parts. The first part discusses the status quo of Corporate Social Responsibility Research. The second part expounded the meaning of corporate social responsibility, as well as the relevant theoretical and practical basis. The third part discusses the relationship among CSR and the economic efficiency of enterprises and the international competitiveness and social effect in other areas, to emphasize the necessity of CSR .The forth part discusses the current state of corporate social responsibility, it is mainly about Domestic situation, the status quo, as well as comparative analysis between domestic and foreign situations. The fifth part takes an analysis of our CSR at this stage on the basis of the previous parts, mainly from internal and external causes of the reasons on both sides. Part VI expounds corporate social responsibility principles and system building.After summing up the previous parts, the last part proposes methods and countermeasures to solve problem in CSR.
