Banks are now focusing more on the financing which has actual trade background, which can not only bring stable income under manageable risk,but also support economy's healthy growth,than any time before.Supply chain financing emerged years ago,which can bring authentic value for the enterprises.This new type of financing has become more and more important for commercial bank,and now it is a new growth highlight.Supply chain financing is a systematic project offered by commercial bank,providing capital for the supply chain and reducing related cost. Using the chattel or the rights in the production process of the supply chain as gage, it is just the innovative way of risk management in supply chain financing,by which enterprises in up river and down river can all benefit from the excellent credit of the core enterprises,at the same time,medium and small enterprises (SMEs) can consequently solve capital problem.Therefore,supply chain financing can decrease the cost and reduce the stress of SMEs,and improve creativity for enterprises in the supply chain as well;it can increase competitive for a country at last,definitely.This thesis mainly studies the origin,model and function of the supply chain financing,using the global framework of supply chain as background.After carefully research on the related product of Bank of Communications(Bocom), suggestions are given.First,general theories about supply chain financing will be introduced and the actual situation will be summarized.Then,how the theories are used and developed in Bank of Communications is studied.After carefully analyze the "win to fortune supply chain financing" supplied by Bank of Communications, problems and challenges are found at present,and practical suggestions are summarized,based on theory and years of banking practices.
