Marketing,one of the most important components of the enterprise activities,is a very useful management tool for the contemporary enterprises which want to survive and develop in the rapidly changing market environment and increasing competition. The modern enterprise must have a marketing concept to analysis the target market objectively,develop a well-conceived marketing strategy and then control the implementation strictly in order to ensure that enterprises win in the fierce competition. Good marketing system is the crucial factor to improve market share,enhance competitiveness and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,more and more enterprises pay more attention to marketing activities.This paper,take Liyu Company for the study,based on the existing marketing environment and marketing system of the company,use Porter's five competitive model and the SWOT analysis tool,conduct an in-depth,detailed and original analysis to the developing environment for the advertisement equipment producing enterprises. This paper,firstly make a specific analysis to the company's products,market status, marketing mix strategy,service status,etc,then pointed out the successful and the inadequacies of its marketing system,finally propose a corresponding marketing strategy and appropriate safeguards which help the company to develop.And all of this is very important to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the company,and it also has important reference and guide value to other companies from the same industry.
