The problem, which is the study of the customers'satisfaction assessment in the virtual community, is research on virtual community members of the demand for data collection, analysis and performance evaluation problem. It's not easy and a lack of effective methods to collect the recommendations, views and needs of the virtual community members, which is severely disadvantaged to improve the popularity and value of the community and promote community development. The study of the customers satisfaction assessment is an important theoretical value and practical significance for support for business customers with valuable information and satisfactory services, and thus to obtain good value for money, to promote the development of virtual communities, as well as the enterprise network marketing and customer relationship management.Network communities are the new media to express the customers'needs of diversity and personality, and they transform and develop to be virtual brand communities. The community customers demand information is important to business for network marketing and helping establish a positive effect of word-of-mouth marketing. Therefore, the key to resolve the question of the virtual community members'satisfaction assessment is the effective access to community members (i.e. customer) requirements and analysis, collation, extraction and expression of the customer demand data.Based on the previous literature, the study is from the virtual community Members perspective, examines all kinds of information and services which are available to the virtual communities'members. Through the use of QFD method, the study sets up the target set of the virtual Community members'satisfaction evaluation, and sets up the model of the community members'satisfaction assessment quality house, which is to determine the evaluation process and specific steps. With mainly using the thinking of QFD, it divides the analysis process of the virtual Community members satisfaction influencing factors into the three-phase which is acquisition, conversion and determine, obtain the target set of the virtual Community members satisfaction evaluation and evaluation index system. On this basis, it sets up the model of the virtual community members satisfaction evaluation quality house, determines each step and the specific content of the virtual community members satisfaction evaluation, and verify the evaluation method to be effective and reasonable through empirical analysis.The problem studied is a part of my instructor'study, which is based on the key NSFC project (No. 70631003).
