With the development progress of science and technology in the society, e-commerce has operated,gained one seat full of the Chinese markets of opportunity and risking in the high speed,have brought the change to the life of Chinese consumers too.In 2006,e-commerce of C2C form will surmount B2B and become the e-commerce mode of the total trade with biggest amount of money on market of China's e-commerce. C2C e-commerce enterprise introduced to the market more and more,accepts the baptism of the domestic and international market competition tide.Though the development that China C2C e-commerce has already gone through 10 years,up till now domestic nearly 100%of the C2C e-commerce platforms have not realized making profits yet.Trace it to its cause,mainly lie in domestic C2C most of e-commerce enterprises have not formed one's own unique competition advantage,hold a memorial ceremony for,"free tactics" has produced for attract customer and high people manner is can only helpless Big for flag,thus not last one kind by poor benefit, the expensive,risky competitions malignant.So we necessary analysis how competitive strategy of e-commerce enterprise form C2C and how question that choose,research and analyze domestic C2C competitiveness of enterprise construct factor,how choose competition strategy combination to suit oneself according to one's own core competency,and how to improve questions such as one's own competition advantage, etc..This paper uses methods such as theory research,model research and typical enterprise's analytic approach,etc.because of this purpose,carry on the survey to the concept of C2C e-commerce,definition of the characteristic and C2C e-commerce enterprise at first,and explain the competition pattern of market of domestic C2C e-commerce at present;Then analyze to structure and intension of enterprise's competitive strategy especially the competitive strategies of service type enterprises, and according to the characteristic of C2C e-commerce,summarize the thought of analyzing C2C e-commerce enterprise's competitive strategy,construct the simple service type enterprise's competitive strategy model;Combine the characteristic of serving type enterprise's competitive strategy,analyze that formed the factor and made the competitive strategy model of C2C e-commerce enterprise after summarizing C2C e-commerce competitiveness,have also divided the strategic objective,strategic route and goal and supported three levels according to the characteristics of this model, analyze deeply to the model,adopting and determining the nature will analyze the model with the quantitative method to combine together;End of article Combine the level that C2C e-commerce competitiveness forms the factor and competition model and choose and compete for the countermeasure to provide to the competition chance of C2C e-commerce enterprise at the end of the article Some methods and suggestions.
