Currently, the Pros and cons of human resources have become the core competition ofthe enterprise worldwide, while the human resources management will directly affect thedevelopment of enterprises. Human resources management has grown from a technicallevel up to the strategic level. Therefore, as a basis of human resources management,whether the human resources planning match the development of enterprise or not willbecome the key to the realization of the strategic goals of development.However, our human resources planning is still at an early stage, where performancethe isolated acts such as staff forecasting, hiring plans and training programs, which hasnot formed an organic whole of enterprise development strategy, either the strategic humanresources planning in the enterprise to truly realize.Based on the review of the theory of human resource management and humanresource planning, this article analyzes the relationship between business strategy andhuman resources planning, which provides a theoretical basis for articles. Article followedby a Z Corporation human resources current situation and deficiency analysis, identifyproblems encountered in traditional human resource planning in practice, optimal programis proposed, which is based on the strategic human resources plan. By establishing a coreconcept of strategic groups, object is no longer a clear human resources planning for allemployees, but the core talent.Solid demonstration of z as an example in this article, this is a transformation ofState-owned capital controlled high-tech enterprises in scientific research institutes,existing human structures and configurations can no longer meet the company’s sustainabledevelopment, mainly for core brain drain and the General surplus staff. Corporate humanresources planning difficulties encountered in practice, it is difficult to really resolve theexisting problem. I am starting from the analysis of company’s development strategy,decompile clearly the company’s core human resources strategy, described in detail itsanalysis of human resource planning, system design, to specific positions and corecompetency assessment of personnel, to the company’s core positions in human resourcesupply and demand analysis, the final implementation of the human resources planning module to the whole process.Thesis through analysis of company z is based on strategic human resources planningin practice which provides a new reference for the same types of businesses solving thesimilar problems. And to demonstrate a point, competition for talent has become thecentral theme of competition, growing the importance of strategic human resourcesplanning. How to change the tradition, real rise to strategic workforce planning, and trulyworkable and practical to enable it to achieve business development strategies service hasbecome every enterprise’s immediate challenges.
