Research On Informatization Strategy Planning & Implementation For Baling Petrochemical Corporation

With the tide of globalization and Net economy, the enterprises encounter new competition pattern. The constant changes in competition pattern among enterprises with dramatic development of information technology have led to great changes in industrial advantages and benefits. As an important part of corporation strategies, the informatization is playing more and more important role in market competition and core competitiveness buildup. The method and implementation of strategic planning also effect directly the success of informatization construction, the upgrade of productivity, improvement of management efficiency and sustainable development by means of informatization technology, and ultimately industrial promotion and maximization values of the enterprise.Based on the theories of strategic management, informatization strategic planning, science of organization behavior, project management, and by the application of strategic planning methods, such as BSP, CSF, SST and informatization integrated solution, starting from how to make the informatization strategic planning compliant to the overall strategic target and business requirements, the planning and implementation of informatization strategic was studied and discussed in the paper. The strategic orientation and target of informatization construction was established, i.e. based on the principle of"uniform planning, multiple-step implementation", focusing on integrating and sharing of information resources and deepening and optimizing of application, the informatization construction should be accelerated to upgrade and improve the network and safety system, to enhance the standardization of information, to reinforce the information teamwork.
