The Reserch Of Implementation Strategy Of Shaangu Informatization

In order to meet the lead-forward development, Shaangu has quickly promoted and carried out a series of information system construction aiming to boosting partial working efficiency since 2002. It was proven the information construction that we have built, such as establishment of computer network platform and remote online monitoring & failure diagnosis system tailor-made for large rotating equipment, has played a very positive role for the development of Shaangu. But we also found some "information island" have come into being as a choke point for further development of Shaangu.This paper briefly introduces a package of information construction optimized solutions, based on studying and analysis of information system that Shaangu has established, by means of related modern concepts, theories and methods what we have mastered during the course of MBA. By the methods of library search, web surfing, questionnaire surveys and interviews to collect the material, structure of problem analysis tree to resolve the business, Nolan model and strategic alignment model for theory analysis, Technical solution of Shaangu information system was built.This paper has been divided into four parts. The first part mainly describes the relevant theoretical basis and methods of implantation strategy of company informatization, respectively summarizing the theoretical basis of company informatization, problem tree analysis method, strategy alignment model and Nolan model. The second part makes an analysis on the current situation of Shaangu information system. Starting from the company strategy, the main causes of problems to business operation and the corresponding measures need to be taken. Based on the current situation of Shaangu information system, this paper analyzes the difference in capability of business and information system, and makes an analysis on informatization requirements through comparisons of some main business sections. The third part briefly introduces the technical solution of Shaangu informatization, starting from the application prospective of information system, four platforms of information system are to be designed, there are:Company Resources Management Platform, Production Data Management Platform, Manufacturing Process Management Platform, Office Automation and Knowledge Management Platform. The fourth part mainly describes the implementation solution of Shaangu informatization. Taking the business objectives as guidance, setting the employee total involvement as precondition and continuous optimization as implementation tool, the implementation has been divided into 4 phases, there are:implementation of main systems, application development, system extension and continuous improvement. The implementation schedule of Shaangu informatization has been worked out based on four big platforms. To ensure the implementation quality, this paper also make an analysis on the backup environments of system implementation from some points of informatization organization, staff training and policy guidance.Through study and analysis, with an eye on the application prospective of information system, a relatively compete of implementation strategy of company informatization came out by full consideration of company strategy, business operation and information technology. The informatization system of Shaangu could be established systematically by implementing the strategy, which lays a solid foundation for smooth promotion of Shaangu informatization system, and could be a reference for equipment manufacturing industries.
