With the increasingly fierce competition of the market, it is hard to win the battle only by the independent advantages of product. At the background of products' homogenization, only by means of "channel" and "spreading", products could enjoy the competitive advantage. Under the current circumstances, distribution channels is showing the following three new features. The first one is sales' terminal centralization, which focus on cosumers sincerely. The second one is the diversified pattern of channels. Enterprises should break through a single point mode, the establishment of a wide range of models should keep balance on making use and relying on of the dealers. It is necessary to strengthen the enthusiasm of dealers while avoiding over-reliance on those dealers. The third one is the flatilization of channels'structure. That is, more and more short sales channels available, while an increasing number of sales outlets established. Short sales channels, can provide point-to-point support for channels and enable enterprises be more powerful in controlling.This essay is empirical researching for five-strong company's distribution channels. Those present sales channels of five-strong company provide support for rapid-development of company in a certain period of time, but weak-points showed while the company's growing and increasingly fierce market competition. Such as the definition of channel mode is not clear, the inefficency of channels, members of distribution channels lack of sincere and activity, high cost of distribution channels and so on.As mentioned above, we should do deep research of five-strong company's channels and improve its present channals in order to low-down its running-cost of channel and make it easy to handle. Business strategy of distribution channels has direct impact on the speed and efficiency of marketing.
