20 years after reform and open policy carried out, the Sport Industry in our country has achieved a big success which attracts worldwide attention. The populace sports' trend of development is also like a raging fire. The fitness business establishments, a service business, an emerging profession and Chaoyang profession,also obtained the unprecedented good development opportunity. Time staff dedicated enterprise human resource management an important indicator of validity. Dedicated staff time to carry out the importance of research and enhance staff is through the commitment of enterprises to achieve the overall aim of improving performance, and how to enhance their professional is the key point of management in fitness business establishments, complete theoretical model of the factors that affect the degree of dedicated staff and the relationship between the comprehensive study.This article is in the purpose of studying the factors which influence the engagement in fitness business establishments, and discusses how these factors influence the different types of staff.
