Research On Regional Competitiveness For Industry Cluster Of Construction Nmachinery

Industry cluster is an important economic phenomenon in a regional economic and industrial economy as well as the critical regional competitiveness. As we all know, the main performance of the current economic competition is the industrial cluster competition, which is now changing the economic map in China as well as in the world. The study of regional competitiveness is about the attraction of resources and the struggle for markets so it has been studied more widely on how to increase regional competitiveness, create competitive advantages and promote regional economic development than on how to optimize the allocation of resources in the Regional Economics.Construction Machinery Industrial is not only the fastest growing, most innovative, and the greatest potential industrial in Changsha, but also the most advantage industry in the equipment manufacturing industry of Hunan Province. Recently, the experience of walking the road of independent innovation to revitalize national industry by Changsha Engineering Machinery represented by Zoomlion, Sany and Shanhe Intelligent has brought the high priority of the central government and relevant ministries. Therefore, it is of great strategic significance, great theoretical significance and rich practical value to study the development of Changsha Construction Machinery Industry cluster and the relationship between the competitiveness of the region, which helps enhance the competitiveness of Changsha and accelerate the new-type industrialization full of characteristics of Changsha and Hunan.This paper first carry out the review of research in the industrial clusters and regional competitiveness at home and abroad by starting from the theoretical analysis, on this basis, goes on the study the interaction mechanism of the current industrial clusters and regional competitiveness relationship. The paper have got the Conclusion that industrial clusters can enhance regional competitiveness, and have made the means of industry cluster development which can enhance the regional competitiveness. And then theoretically studies the risks that may arise from industrial cluster including the structural risks, cyclical risks and risk networks, which will take negative effects to regional competitiveness. The cyclical and structural problems of Clusters must be overcome first, if we want to avoid the risk of Clusters, and cluster must be maintained opening to outside. Upon the basis of these theoretical studies, this paper makes empirical analysis of Construction Machinery Industrial Clusters and Regional Competitiveness of Changsha, analyses the enhancing role played by Construction Machinery Industry Clusters to the regional competition on the basis of Porter's "diamond model", and then reveals the counter-production role played by the effect of opening up and "growth pole" brought about by the rising of Changsha regional competitiveness to the Changsha Construction Machinery Industry Cluster, finally gives the potential risks in the development process of Changsha Engineering Machinery industry clusters and the strategies to avoid.
