Research On The Global-Market-Oriented Economy Development Strategy Of Shandong Province To Cooperate With "Long Triangle" Economic Circle

With the global trend of economy , the economic relationship among countries and regions becomes closer, and the multinational transfer of capital and industry is much more popular. Then, it seems to be necessary for every country or area to build an effective global-market-oriented economy development strategy, to promote the growth of whole economy. At the same time, there is a trend of territorial economic integration which improves the competitive ability of the places as a whole economic area.In recent years, Shandong province gets great progress on the development of using the external economic resources to promote the growth of economy, which is profoundly manifested in the growth of forign trade scale and use of foregn direct investment.But, compared with the long triangle economic area , there is still a long way to go for Shandong to develop the global-market-oriented economy. On the other side, as part of areas surrounding Bo Sea, besides cooperation, it faces more threat from the other internal provinces of the economic circle for Shandong. Because the promoting ability of the economic areas surrounding Bo Sea is limited, Shandong faces a marginalised risk, especially after developing Tianjin BinHai New Area is carried out as the strategy of our country's elventh-five development plan.Now, Shandong province should analyse the strategies which can help itself to improve the competitive ability of global-market-oriented economy, actively cooperate with other economic circles including the areas surrounding BoSea, to get new growth point of economy and break the bottle-necks that restricts development of economy. According to the practice of Shandong , the author firstly gives the opinion of"cooperate with the long triangle economic circle to promote the global-market-oriented economy development of Shandong province", and makes relevant detailed analysis to relocate Shandong's economy development strategy.This paper is divided into five main parts, about fifty thousand characters,mainly used the methods of theoretical analysis with materials research, quantitative study with qualitative investigation. First, the author elaborates the background and value of the research, the relevant theories and papers. Second, indexes on global-market-oriented economy development are compared between Shandong and the long triangle economic circle.The author finds out some problems of Shandong's global-market-oriented economy development, and gets the conclusion that there is a gap between the two areas. Then, the author makes elaboration on the necessity and possibility of the integration between Shandong and long triangle economic circle. Finally, the author analyses the countermeasures and problems which need to pay special attention to in the course of the integration work, and brings forward some relevant suggestions.To adapt with the changing economic situation, Shandong province should takes kinds of measures from many perspectives to get the new growth pole of economy, such as analysing the strategies on the economic interactions among Shandong, Japan and Corea, on the economic integration of areas surrounding Bo Sea, and building internal harmonizing mechanism in Shandong. The author is to provide one of the ideas to promote Shandong province's economic development. The cities of Shandong province can give greater flexibility to this strategy according to their own practices and different effective development chanels.
