After nearly 30 years reform and opening-up development,Pearl-River Delta has stepped into the early stage of industrial development and become a developed area. However,recent years as the producing cost rises,related policies and financial crisis influence,the labor-resources-intensive industries with low added value in Pearl-River Delta begin to transfer into other less developed areas in Pan-PRD. Pearl-River Delta begins to adjust the industrial structure featured with technology-intensive industries.Other less developed areas in Pan-PRD also develop fast by accepting the transfer industries.How industry transfer influences the both sides,and how to cooperate the economic development in Pan-PRD by industry transfer has become a practical topic.First,this paper analyzes the reasons scale and ways of enterprises migration.Second, discusses the Pearl-River Delta enterprises migration effect,mainly analyzes two effects of regional industry transfer,one is structural effect,the other is environmental effect,and try to find the relationship between industry transfer,economic development and environment protection.Last,gives some suggestions on how to cooperate the economic development in Pan-PRD by industry transfer according to the conclusion.
