Strengthening grass-roots work of building is the basis of good tax in new era, the key aspects of promoting tax law, an essential requirement for strengthening the building and the strategic initiatives to achieve modernization of tax administration.Carrying out vigorous ideological and political work in the tax department at the grassroots level is of great significance and far-reaching for improving the quality of the grass-roots cadres tax, increasing in team cohesion and combat effectiveness, building strong political, operational proficiency, fine style of work, fair law enforcement, service of a strong collective norms and completing the tax task successfully.Ideological and political work involved in grass-roots level in all aspects of tax work, tax cadres in the study, work, and all aspects of life, its contents cover a wide and range.
