General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out the construction of a talented country in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on October 18,2017— “Talent is a strategic resource for realizing national rejuvenation and winning international competition.”The development of the hotel industry also requires human resources,and grass-roots female employees are the main force in the normal operation of the hotel.The biggest problem faced by female employees at the grassroots level is the work pressure.Therefore,the hotel should now put the problem solving on the work pressure of female employees in the first place.After summarizing the research results of the work stress in the academic circles,the author finds that many problems have not been effectively resolved.For the typical labor-intensive industry in the hospitality industry,grassroots female employees are the core bridge connecting customers and hotels.The core competitiveness of the hotel largely depends on the service level of these employees.Because the products of the hotel industry are typically non-storable,the production and consumption of their products are often carried out at the same time,and the working hours of the hotel's grassroots employees are contrary to most society work,and their career development and salary levels are quite limited.The series of factors make the female employees at the grassroots level face higher work pressure.In addition to the general sense of tension and work pressure,the female grassroots workers in the hotel also need to face the overload and longtime work pressure,so this group of people not only has the general pressure of the public,but also needs to undertake the unique stress from their work.This article consists of six parts: First of all is the introduction.It has elaborated the realistic and theoretical background of this research,clarified the research purpose,put forward the research problem,defined the research object,and explained the research content and the structure of the paper.The second part is a literature review.It summarizes and reviews the work pressure,the work pressure of hotel staff,and the work pressure of professional women,which lays a good foundation for the subsequent construction of theoretical models and research hypotheses.The third part is the impact system design of the work pressure of high-star hotels' female employees at the grass-roots level.Based on the literature review and according to the existing research results and deficiencies,this study forms a new model design and questionnaire through interviews and Delphi method.The questionnaire is also predicted.The fourth part is theanalysis of the influencing factors of the work pressure of female employees in the grass-roots of high-star hotels.The basic statistical information of the sample is described,and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are tested.Descriptive statistics and variable difference analysis are performed on each variable.Finally,the research is tested by regression analysis.The fifth part puts forward management suggestions to alleviate the work pressure of female employees at the grass-roots level of high-star hotels.The sixth part is conclusions and prospects.This part summarizes the research conclusions of this paper,introduces the limitations and shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to the future research on the work pressure of female employees in high-star hotels.
