Organizational Change has been becoming a more popular field for researchers of organizational behavior.Previous studies have indicated that effective change is an important measure for the organization to triumph over the sharp competition.In fact, there are some factors which could promote the organizational change,and also some factors probably obstruct the change.Furthermore,these studies focused on the direction,strategy,measures of change and leadership from employers' view,lacking of involvement of the effective factors for organizational change,and ignored the importance of empirical research.The present study investigates the influence of organizational justice,emotional intelligence and leader-member exchange(LMX) on employees' reaction organizational change.This study model combines the research of organizational justice,LMX,emotional intelligence and employees' reaction organizational change. Leader-member exchange is suggested to mediate the relation of organizational justice and employees' reactions organizational change,while emotional intelligence is a moderator between LMX and employees' reaction organizational change.An empirical research is conducted with the sample of 301 employees from kinds of organizations.The major results are described as below:1.Employees' organizational justice is positively related to employees' reaction organizational change.Four dimensions of organizational justice(procedure justice, information justice,distribution justice and relation justice) are positively related to employees' reaction organizational change.2.Employees' organizational justice is positively related to leader-member exchange. Four dimensions of organizational justice(procedure justice,information justice, distribution justice and relation justice) are positively related to LMX.3.LMX is positively related to employees' reaction to organizational change.LMX is negatively related to the negative emotional response and intentional response,and it is positively related to positive emotional response and intentional response.4.Leader-member exchange mediates the positive relationship between employees' organizational justice and reaction to organizational change. 5.Emotional intelligence moderates the relationship between leader-member exchange and employees' reaction to organizational change.
